Woodrow Wilson Brimm

November 24, 1916 - January 9, 2010

WOODROW WILSON BRIMM, 93, of Tuscola, IL passed away at 10:05 AM Saturday, January 09, 2010 at his home.

Mr. Brimm was born November 24, 1916 in Tower Hill, IL a son of Sam and Addie (Eiler) Brimm. He married Dorothy Seitz in November 1950. She preceded him in death on September 14, 1986.

Survivors include his son, David Brimm and wife Barbara of Pittsfield, IL; step-daughter, Barbara Wagahoft of Tuscola; seven step-grandchildren, Jeanitta, Annitta, Kevin, Edwin, Katrina, Traver, and Theresa; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Mr. Brimm was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; two step-sons; two grandchildren; his parents; four brothers and two sisters.

Mr. Brimm was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served during World War II. He was very proud to have been in the CCC camps in Petersburg, IL when he was 18 years old. He was a carpenter all his life. Mr. Brimm was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose in Pittsfield, IL and the Tuscola American Legion Post #27.

The family would like to extend their thanks to Lincolnland Hospice for all their good care. Kay, you were wonderful.
